Yes, you can. Domain integration can take place in two ways. Either the user can give us the hosting details for integration, or we can provide the records and details so that the hosting provider can update the records in their hosting. The rest of the process will be taken care of by NowFloats.
Remember that, during the process, you will lose all previous data on your website and email account. After domain integration, the website hosting will be done by NowFloats, so if you want any changes in the hosting needs you will have to contact our support team. Contact our helpline to know more.
2. Can customers purchase my products using their smart phone?
Yes. Boost makes it extremely easy for your customers to purchase your products using their smart phone. All that they need to do is log on to your website and tap the ‘Products’ button to start shopping.
3. How to share updates through WhatsApp and Facebook?
It is very easy to share web updates through WhatsApp and Facebook. All you need to do is open the app, go to ‘Updates’ on the home page, choose the entry you wish to share, and click the relevant ‘Share’ button to share the update.
4. What is Boost Business Keyboard? How do I use and download it?
Boost Business Keyboard makes it easier for users to share information about their products and services using WhatsApp. Follow these steps to use and download it.
a) Downloading Boost Keyboard
The Boost Business Keyboard is a premium feature that must be purchased from the Add-Ons Marketplace on the app. Refer to Part xx, Question xx to find out how the feature can be purchased and activated.
b) Using Boost Business Keyboard
i. Open WhatsApp and tap the text box. Instead of the normal keyboard, the Boost Keyboard will appear.
ii. You can use the keys to type out your message. Tap the Boost icon to access a special menu to send quick links to your customers.
iii. Tapping the ‘Share Link’ button sends the selected link to the customer. You can easily share updates, product descriptions, photographs, contact details etc. using this feature.
5. Will I be able to share information about the products available in the store using my phone?
Yes, you can share information about your products via smart phone by enabling the Boost keyboard. See Part VIII, Question 4 and Part xx, Question xx for directions on how to activate and use the keyboard respectively.
6. What is the difference between Primary Contact Number and Alternate Contact Number?
While keying in your business information, Boost will ask you for two different phone numbers—your Primary Contact Number and your Alternate Contact Number.
The difference between the two is simple. Your Primary Contact Number is the number we at Boost will use to contact you. Your Alternate Contact Number is the number which will be displayed on your website for customers to contact to you.
You should ideally keep the two numbers separate. Apart from allowing you to avoid business calls during off hours, a separate business phone number will allow you to integrate special features such as IVR, VMN and Call Tracker on your phone to help you with your business.
7. Can Boost create content for me?
Yes, Boost can create content for you through ‘Dictate’, an add-on premium service.

No, Boost will not be able to create a business logo for you. You must get it created from your end.

a) Adding a YouTube Video
i. Log in to the web portal. Go to the Dashboard and click on ‘Custom Pages’ under the ‘Manage Content’ tab.
ii. You will see the following page. Click the ‘Add New Page’ button.
iii. You will see the following page. Enter the page title, click on insert video, and paste the URL to add your YouTube video.
b) Deleting a YouTube Video
i. Log in to the web portal. Go to the Dashboard and click on ‘Custom Pages’ under the ‘Manage Content’ tab.
ii. You will see the following page. Select the Custom Page with the YouTube video you wish to erase and press ‘Delete’.

Editing a phone number is extremely simple using the Boost app. Follow these steps:
i. Open the app and tap the bars on the top left.
ii. The main menu will appear. Select ‘Manage Content’.
iii. On the next page, select ‘Business Profile’.
iv. Now, select ‘Contact Information’.
v. On the following page, you will find the Registered Contact Number field. Tap on it.
vi. On tapping the field, Boost will ask you to enter the new number and verify it by sending an OTP. The number will be modified after verification.
16. How to mark your shop open 24x7?
You can easily mark your shop open 24x7 using the Boost app through the following steps:
i. Open the app and tap the bars on the top left.
ii. The main menu will appear. Select ‘Manage Content’.
iii. On the next page, select ‘Business Profile’.
iv. Now, select ‘Business Hours’.
v. You will come to the relevant page. Select any entry from the ‘Open’ or ‘Close’ columns by lightly tapping it on your screen.
vi. The following screen will appear. Select 12 am open time to 12 am closing time on any particular day, and check the box as shown below. Then tap the ‘Set’ button.

When it comes to a retail business, it is pointless to try to attract customers from another city or country. At Boost we understand this well, hence our app uses location as the basis of your SEO. In other words, the geographical location of your shop is the main factor which influences the ranking of your website.
What this means is that your website will rank well on Google only when the customer performing the search is in an area nearby, or actively looking for your products in your neighbourhood/locality. For example, if your shop is in South Delhi, it will feature high on the search results page when the user is physically present in South Delhi, or is specifically looking for retail shops and products in South Delhi. But your website will not feature on the search results page of someone looking for shops in South Mumbai.
