1. Exploring add-on services.

Your Boost app comes with an Add-Ons Marketplace where you have access to many different value-added services to make your digital experience even better. Some of the add-on features for retail businesses include:

● Custom Domain with HTTPS Security
● IVR With Customer Call Tracking
● Business Keyboard
● Chatbot For Your Website
● Dictate (assisted content creation), and more!
Follow these steps to access your add-ons store and find out more about these premium features.

i. Go to the home page and tap the bars on the top left.

ii. The main menu will appear. Select ‘Add-Ons Marketplace’.

iii. You will reach the relevant page. Scroll down until you see the list of recommended add-on services. Once you come to this section, tap the ‘View All’ button to see the complete list of services.

2. How to view your installed/purchased Add-On services?

Want to see your installed/purchased add-on services? Follow these steps.

i. Go to the home page and tap the bars on the top left.

ii. The main menu will appear. Select ‘Add-Ons Marketplace’.

iii. You will be taken to the next page. Select ‘View My Add-Ons’.

iv. You will reach the next page where you can see your installed/purchased add-on services.

3. How to see your plan details?
Information regarding your plan details can be easily found on the app.

i. Go to the home page and tap the bars on the top left.

ii. The main menu will appear. Select ‘Settings’.

iv. You will reach the ‘Settings’ page. Select ‘Subscription History’.

iii. You will reach the ‘Subscription History’ page. Scroll the tab sideways to see ‘Active’ plans, ‘To Be Activated’ plans, and ‘Expired’ plans for detailed information regarding your account.

4. How to view your invoice?
You can view your invoices on your smart phone using the Boost app. Follow these steps.

i. Go to the home page and tap the bars on the top left.

ii. The main menu will appear. Select ‘Settings’.

iii. You will reach the ‘Settings’ page. Select ‘Subscription History’.

iii. It will take you to the next page. Scroll the tab sideways to see a record of your invoices.
