[How To] Cancel Appointment of Video Consultation for your Doctor using Boost Web

If you cannot take the video consultation at the time of your appointment, you can cancel your appointment.

To cancel your appointment :

1.  Go to your dashboard.

 2.  Go to Manage Patients in the header menu and click Video Consultation.

 3.  Click Cancel this call of the appointment which you want to cancel.

4.  Click Confirm to cancel appointment.

Once the order is cancelled you can view this appointment in cancelled order section.
